Commissioning SHaRON

SHaRON is a secure community that can offer an opportunity to work in a different way with the individuals supported by your organisation.

Supported by your service clinicians, enhanced further through volunteer and peer moderators on the platform, SHaRON is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year-round. SHaRON can augment the provision of your services reaching out to members who would benefit from the support that their peers can offer whilst ensuring this is available outside of normal office hours.

SHaRON is delivered as a comprehensive project by dedicated project managers in the SHaRON HQ team alongside your own project managers. Working closely together ensures that the right foundations are in place to support a ‘go live’ of a SHaRON for your organisation.  The project typically takes approx. six months once started through to go-live.

The SHaRON project management team have experience in addressing the questions that frequently arise when thinking about how SHaRON might work for an organisation including around training, managing risk and governance and have written information that can be shared to make bespoke to your organisation.

Integrity and security of the platform are of paramount importance to the whole SHaRON team ensuring that members are able to safely and securely access the support and resources that they need at the time they need them.
